Scroll_Texture_Up
flags can be a combination of the following values:
- 1: scroll the upper texture
- 2: scroll the mid texture
- 4: scroll the lower texture
102:Scroll_Texture_Up (speed [, flags])
- speed: Speed to scroll
- flags: Which parts of the linedef should scroll
Scrolls a texture upwards.
For compatibility, 0 and any value larger than 7 will scroll all parts of the linedef.
