A_MinotaurDeath
Puts the calling actor in its FadeOut state if the MNTRF1 or MNTRF0 sprites are not present. Such a function was needed because Hexen does not feature the full minotaur sprite sets, as the dark servants were not supposed to die, same reason that Hexen's minotaur sprites are renamed at load-time.

If the expected death frame sprites are present, does nothing.
