A_KBoltRaise

If the ceiling is still 96 map units or higher above the calling actor, spawns a new KoraxBolt at the same X and Y coordinates as the calling actor, but 48 map units higher, and sets the newly created bolt's special1 field to 3. (This value is used by A_KBolt to control when to destroy the actor.)
