Goals
Over all, we handle the maintenance and development of the sys-kernel/genkernel package.

- Merge genkernel and genkernel-next (SMW::offMatthew Marchese (maffblaster)SMW::on and SMW::offEttore Di Giacinto (mudler)SMW::on).
